School Rules

we encourage you to know more

Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly and actively participate in your child’s education by staying involved even after admission.

Read your child’s School Diary daily, follow the instructions, and use it strictly for teacher-parent communication. Ensure it is maintained neatly and signed regularly.

Submit any complaints, suggestions, or requests in writing either via the Suggestion/Complaint box or directly to the Principal, separate from the diary.

Ensure boys maintain short hair and girls have two plaits within 20 days of admission. Students must wear the prescribed uniform neatly, keep nails trimmed, and avoid makeup, nail polish, or jewelry.

Ensure your child studies daily—two hours during weekdays and three hours during holidays—and is punctual, bringing all necessary materials as per the timetable.

Avoid giving your child excessive pocket money, keeping them home for minor reasons, or allowing them to miss school unnecessarily, as even one missed day results in learning loss. A minimum attendance of 75% is required to appear for exams.

For leave requests exceeding two days or emergency leaves, parents must seek approval from the Principal in person. Absence beyond ten days without prior notice may lead to dismissal.

Plan personal events considering the school calendar and confirm with school authorities about functioning during adverse weather conditions.

Supervise your child’s internet use, monitor their peer group, and guide them toward responsible digital behavior and positive company.

Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities, including Annual Day, Sports Day, and Club Activities, to ensure holistic development.

Students must respect diversity, maintain respectful behavior with teachers, staff, and peers, and refrain from bullying, foul language, or physical fights.

Mobile phones or electronic gadgets are not allowed without prior permission.

Students must not damage or deface school property. Any damages will be chargeable, and littering on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Cheating during exams will result in strict disciplinary action. Success in exams depends on the combined efforts of students, parents, and teachers.

Students using school transport must follow safety guidelines. Parents must inform the school in advance about any changes in pickup or drop arrangements.

Ensure your child is in good health, provide a nutritious lunch, and avoid junk food. Update the school with current contact details and emergency numbers.

After school hours, parents are responsible for their child’s safety and conduct.

The school gate will be closed 5 minutes before the assembly begins. Parents are expected to cooperate to ensure punctuality.

Students arriving late more than three times in a month will face strict disciplinary measures.

Students must always carry their identity cards while on school premises and during any school-related activities outside the campus
